Netiquette

You can contact us and obtain information through our social media channels or talk to our team. We know that every concern is individual and can be emotional. Unfortunately, not every question can be answered directly. Some answers, posts or comments may not be as you imagined them. To ensure that the way we communicate is constructive and pleasant for everyone involved, we have listed a few rules that apply on our social media channels.

1) Be objective and respectful

We ask you to be respectful and refrain from insulting or personally attacking anyone. Racist, sexist, queerphobic or any other discriminatory content is also not tolerated. If you are not objective and respectful, we reserve the right to terminate the chat and delete comments and messages.

2) Do not provoke people and do not engage with provocative content.

People can be provoked by different things. If you notice that a post or person you are talking to is causing you to get angry, do not engage with them. Please make sure that your own contributions are objective and do not upset others.

3) Stick to the original topic and do not share unverified content.

Please make sure that your comments are on-topic. We reserve the right to remove off-topic content. We also delete incorrect information.

4) Do not post advertising.

We remove all advertising. We remove names of products, service providers, manufacturers and external links if they are used for advertising purposes and are off-topic. We also reserve the right to remove spam and mass posts.

5) Do not share personal data on our public channels.

Please do not publish any personal data about yourself or other people. When publishing third-party content, please observe copyright law. You can find more information in our data protection declaration.

6) Do not share sensitive and/or potentially traumatising content (content that can trigger people), or if you do, label it as such.

Everyone has their own individual and emotional story. We reserve the right to remove content that has the potential to trigger people. Any sensitive posts will be published with a trigger warning.
