Declaration on disabled accessibility

We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with national regulations implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and the Council on web accessibility. Conciliation procedure

The representative of the federal government for the rights of people with disabilities has a conciliation board according to Section 16 of the German Disability Equality Act (BGG). People with disabilities can contact this board. The conciliation board is tasked with resolving conflicts between people with disabilities and federal public bodies.

You can contact the conciliation board if the above-mentioned contact options have not been helpful or if you are not satisfied with their response. The aim of the board is to find a joint solution to a problem out of court.

The conciliation procedure is free of charge. You do not require legal representation.
